Original files stay in your browser and are read client-side. Aidana works with extracted text, not uploaded documents.
In the standard flow, Aidana relays extracted text to Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the EU. With your own API key, that text goes directly from your browser to your provider.
The configured provider generates the report under its data policies. Aidana's standard server logging is metadata-based and does not include document content.
The finished report lives in your browser. Export as Word (.docx). Document content is not stored on our servers in standard operation.
Your original files are processed in the browser. On the standard flow, Aidana transiently relays extracted text to the LLM provider for report generation; with your own API key, Aidana does not handle the content payload. Document content and reports are not stored on Aidana's servers in standard operation.
Connect your organization's own OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Models, or OpenRouter API key. Aidana handles the workflow orchestration while generation runs through your provider.
Aidana is operated by Frostgate AS, a Norwegian company. Application servers are hosted in Germany (EU). We offer DPA agreements and can work within your procurement process.
