In the standard flow, extracted text passes through Aidana's server to Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the EU. Aidana does not store document content or reports in standard operation.
When you connect your own API key, AI data flows directly from your browser to your chosen provider. Aidana's server handles authentication and configuration but is not in the AI data path.
